[HIVE-14109] query execuction throws NPE when hive.exec.submitviachild is set to true

Description

If we set hive.exec.submitviachild to true and execute select count from src, the following exception is thrown.

Seems queryState is not initialized when ExecDriver is called from main() in ExecDriver.
