    Description

      Move dataBlockNum and parityBlockNum from BlockInfoStriped to INodeFile, and store them in FileWithStripedBlocksFeature.
      Ideally these two nums are the same for all striped blocks in a file, and store them in BlockInfoStriped will waste NN memory.
