Description

A couple of the YARN precommit builds have complained about files with headers:

!????? /home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/workspace/PreCommit-YARN-Build/trunk/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/site/resources/images/hdfsdatanodes.odg
Lines that start with ????? in the release audit report indicate files that do not have an Apache license header.
