      Description

      Ticket credentials expire and therefore clients opening https connections (only the NN and SNN doing image/edits exchange) should re-login before opening those connections.

          Patch for trunk. Straight-forward port, except that as noted in HDFS-1006, the bugfix that had been done on 20 for that patch is done here, since there was a dependency on 1045.
