Description

1. Improve Dockerfile to select the right dependency architecture (e.g. for dumb-init) based on build arch.
2. Building a multi arch image: https://www.docker.com/blog/multi-arch-build-and-images-the-simple-way/ - A tag manifest file can contain a list of manifests (but with different sha256). So with the same tag different Docker host architecture should intelligently pull suitable architecture images.
3. Test the resulting x86_64 image on Intel Mac (or x86_64 Linux); and test the built arm64 image on M1
