    Description

      In HBASE-22005, there's an known bug [1], and I just copied the cell's byte[] from block to on-heap directly in HBASE-22005, so can make HBASE-22005 forward.

      I marked it as an TODO subtask to eliminate the offheap-to-heap copying here.
