Major Description
Test fails with some frequency. Complaint is that can't parse the test xml which doesn't give much clue as to what is going wrong. Looking in the test, it leaks a load of resources (It does not close regions post open) and there is a NPE parsing a long on increment. Let me clean up this test. Hopefully that will get the root failure to show if still present.
