Description

I propose to rename hadoop-common/src/test/core/org/apache/hadoop/fs/TestFileSystem.java -> src/test/core/org/apache/hadoop/fs/TestFileSystemCaching.java. Otherwise, it conflicts with hadoop-hdfs/src/test/hdfs-with-mr/org/apache/hadoop/fs/TestFileSystem.java.
