Description

For YARN-2284, the latest Jenkins notification points to the following URL for the Findbugs report:

https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-YARN-Build/5103//artifact/PreCommit-HADOOP-Build-patchprocess/newPatchFindbugsWarningshadoop-common.html

The real URL I found manually is:

https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-YARN-Build/5103/artifact/patchprocess/newPatchFindbugsWarningshadoop-common.html

It would be good to get this URL correct for future notifications.
