[HADOOP-10164] Allow UGI to login with a known Subject

Description

For storm I would love to let Hadoop initialize based off of credentials that were already populated in a Subject. This is not currently possible because logging in a user always creates a new blank Subject. This is to allow a user to be logged in based off a pre-existing subject through a new method.
