[GEODE-9063] Make mandatory options to appear first when autocompleting in gfsh

Description

When writting a command in gfsh followed by "--" and then pressing "tab" to obtain command completion suggestions, the mandatory options should be shown in first place.

This was recently fixed in GEODE-9034 for "create gateway-sender" but there are some more commands to be fixed:

• change log-level
• create disk-store
• create jndi-binding
• destroy gateway-sender
• export data
• import data
• remove
