[GEODE-9034] Make mandatory options to appear first when autocompleting in create gateway sender command

Description

When typing "create gateway-sender --" from gfsh and pressing tab to suggest options, the "group" option is autocompleted instead of any of the mandatory ones.

It would be expected that the mandatory options appear first (id and remote-distributed-id).
