Description

There is one broken link in Flink documentation which i think needs commiter or PMC privileges.
In Hands-on section

>  The hands-on exercise that goes with this section is the Rides and Fares .

Rides and Fares points to non-existent branch in flink-training repo and leads to 404 (Not Found)  hyper-link. This is due to missing `release-1.17` branch in flink-training repo.
