Remove un-used "Send messages to Email gateway" Job

    Description

      SEND_MESSAGES_TO_EMAIL_GATEWAY("Send messages to Email gateway") in JobName doesn't seem to be used anywhere. It was apparently introduced in https://github.com/apache/fineract/commit/c338c1758e8755c96db14a2d1e4811c576daa5e6#diff-2f25f1f816840ec59f80da2369a90eb9.

      I've run into this when writing a new testNumberOfJobs() in SchedulerJobsTest for FINERACT-922.

      Let's remove this un-used Job constant.
