https://travis-ci.org/github/apache/fineract/builds/674120471 for https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/738/files which seems unrelated failed with what appears to be another "flaky" (randomly failing) IT:

I wonder if this has something to do with it, this doesn't look so good:
