Description

The javadoc of the parameter instructions should be extended so that it includes

1. a reference to the instruction reference documentation from bnd (http://bnd.bndtools.org/chapters/825-instructions-ref.html)
2. a hint around the necessary name mangling (see http://bnd.bndtools.org/tools/maven-felix.html, $0.2)
