Description

Allow usage of MapRDBFormatPlugin for HiveStoragePlugin and HiveStoragePluginConfig for MapRDBGroupScan was introduced in DRILL-6454.
This ticket aims to cover all cases for above issues.

The issues are related to the following methods: 
StoragePluginRegistryImpl.getFormatPlugin(), MapRDBGroupScan.getStorageConfig()
