release perform page does not use defaults specified in pom for release plugin for goals and useReleaseProfile

    Description

      I would expect the defaults on the release prepare to be set to those defined in the pom for the release plugin, but they are not, they seem to be clean deploy with use Build Profile checked.

      I turned off useBuilidProfile in the pom and have a different set of goals.
