[CASSANDRA-5477] Nodetool throws IOException when snapshot name already exists

Description

When requesting a snapshot the nodetool throws an exception with a full stackstrace when a snapshot with the requested name already exists.

Instead it should just print a single line stating the fact that a snapshot with that name already exists.
