Description

Currently pylib/cqlsh tests with cython where not being ran in jenkins. Notice how cython yes and no run the same.

mck managed to find where the flag was being dropped https://github.com/apache/cassandra-builds/pull/83

But cython compile failures arise where an updated is suggested
