Description

This is a followup to CASSANDRA-13884. It would be nice to be able to able to specify both the keyspace and table name for BulkLoader as commandline arguments and not rely on the path to the sstables, i.e. <keyspace>/<table>/*.db.

It looks like this may have already been completed in the patch in CASSANDRA-4763 which ended up closed because of the overlap with CASSANDRA-13884:
