Description

Jvm dtest uses StorageService.ensureTraceKeyspace to register the tracing keyspace, but doesn’t register the other distributed key spaces. This method should not be used by dtest and instead should use MigrationManager.evolveSystemKeyspace as it registers all keyspaces
