Description

bin/cqlsh is missing a new line - when doing an artifact build, the fixcrlf plugin will insert a newline at the end of bin/cqlsh. This change inserts the newline and changes the mode on cqlsh to 644.

This isn't a problem affecting release builds, since we explicitly set the mode of files under bin to executable.
