@Webfault details are set twice

    Description

      The CxfConsumer inspects thrown Exceptions for the existence of a @Webfault annotation and sets the fault details if one exists, Cxf's WebFaultOutInterceptor does this also, setting the details in CxfConsumer may be unnecessary.
