Description

A name search has determined that "Apache Optiq" is not a suitable trademark, so PPMC and community have agreed to change the project name to "Calcite".

This issue is to rename the project to "Calcite" and maven artifacts to "calcite", "calcite-core", etc.

Not covered:

• Code re-organization; see OPTIQ-296
• Apache infrastructure, e.g. jira project name, sites, lists
