Let's bump up Pig to 0.11 as per the voted BOM.

FWIW, there seems to be a backwards compatibility break in Hive that has caused Pig build to fail.

In particular, Hive 0.10 renamed o.a.h.h.serde.Constants to o.a.h.h.serde. serdeConstants

This a non-backwards compatible change since downstream code (in this case Pig) could still refer to the non-existent package. HIVE-4001 is aimed at fixing this incompatibility in the next release of Hive.

In the meanwhile, we should add the same package in Bigtop 0.6 so our users are happy.
