have a getHappyStatus() method on the BrokerViewMBean so that tools can enquire on the happy status of a broker to see early warning signs of things that could be bad

    Description

It would be good to have a kinda 'happy page' for an ActiveMQ broker that could list all things which may be an issue or warning.

e.g. listing all the things which may be a concern, such as

      • slow consumers
      • memory reaching exhaustion
      • running out of disk

over time it would be good to catch as many 'warning signs' as posible. Am sure there are many others.
