Description

Thrift CPI and Data-models will serve as the main interaction points for allocation manager Service.

Points to consider for development:

• Allocation Manager Service is intended to be a middleware agnostic service, making it usable by any other platform without any dependency to Airavata middleware.

• The Use-case mentioned in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-2108 should be taken into account while developing the data-models and API endpoints

• Initial code structure for this microservice is uploaded to https://github.com/apache/airavata/tree/allocation-manager/modules/allocation-manager, for quick start

• Initial discussion points collected from meeting are uploaded
