The Last Time you opened OpenOffice it unexpectedly quit while reopening the Window, Do you want to try to reopen, its window again?
 
The two options "Don't Reopen" and Reopen selections are not functioning.
When I launch OpenOffice the dialog box reappears?

It is a well-known problem, see https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119006#c5 to know how to fix it.
