This task is a part of issue 57601 "Requirements specification for project

This can be taken as part of the "reporting tools" issue (57605)
Also 57648 (financial reporting) is linked to this.

We should keep this for later, maybe can be realized as add-in by the provider
of the accounting program.
But the general topic in integrate the project _planning_ with the _reporting_
is very attractive, basically all data are available in the plan.

Like having been posted in a different, but similar issue, we should create a
"Toolings and Integrations" component, with multiple subcomponents, such as
"Accounting Tools and Integrations".

IF this is limited to only ORACLE Financial Applications, there may be less of
a 'market' for this product's ultimate use. However, if this opens up a path
for XML or API integration with more than one financial product, then these
external products could be very useful for Budget / Cost / Variance / Forecast
Final reporting. In addition, some financial products may support Earned Value
calculations based on the information provided in Budget / Actual Cost inputs.
