For #i45006# which was integrated into m94 various things were moved from
svtools into fpicker. The wnt and gnome fpickers look for their localized
strings in the svt res file, as these are now (mostly) in the fps_office res
file I believe the following patch is required. I can't be sure about the
windows one, but it would seem correct.

Hi Caolan,

Sure you're right, that was an oversight (both by me and automatic testing).

The patch looks indeed fine, also for windows. 

I'll take care of this, unless you already have a CWS available where you could
easily integrate your fix.
