In earlier version of OOo when I would right click on the quickstater icon it
would have a menu of different task to perform, ie.  Open Document, Open
Writter, Open Calc, etc.
  With 2.0 Beta there is only the options to Exit Quickstarter, and wheter or
not to load it at system startup.
   This was a feature I used a lot, perhaphs most people don't, but I REALLY
liked it.

P.S. I'm not sure I have this in the right component, if not I'd like help
getting it in the right one.

This has been changed due to thiis spec:
