Hi,

I'll put this question to the api component issues. But I think there should be
a component for the quick starter.

I'm testing the Openoffice version 1.9.65 and I would like to mention that the
quick startup shortcuts in the quickstarter have dissapeared. I can only see the
exit menu. Now I have to start the different applications from within the
windows startup menu. This is time consuming since I'm used to start these from
the quickstarter shortcuts.
