The order of slides in the handout layout is always LTR- even when the
presentation itself is RTL and the page properties (under the format--page menu)
are RTL.

As there is no way to set the handout as RTL, this makes the feautre pretty
unusable for Hebrew/Arabic presentations.

I've attached a patch for this issue for review. The patch arranges slides from
right-to-left in "Handout" view if the default text direction of the document is
RTL. This will work for new documents. For existing documents, the arrangement
will be RTL only the the user sets the layout again. See Christian Lippka's
