On PC the OOo-native Open and Save dialogs do not list MSWindows-shortcuts to
folders. They are simply not there and cannot be choosen.

TM->BH: Due to the fact, that the office doesn´t have this ability,
this issue is not a "defect". It´s a wish for an enhancement. So
please have a look, thanks.

Not reproducible the same way as in original report, but indeed a problem. 

With OOo 1.1.5 I see listed "56084_svgexport.lnk", 'click on it -> [Open]' will open ASCII Filter Options dialog instead of switching to folder

Still  Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English  UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1546757 - 2013-12-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.

But I think problems I observe are a DUP of "Bug 4306 - Open File dialogue fills with *.lnk when shortcuts are clicked.". So the original bug seems no longer reproducible (or XP related?)
