An RTF file containing a table containing Windows metafile images is not read 
correctly (the images are not read)

I can Reproduce the problem on 
OpenOffice 1.1 (default Install, US), Win XP Pro Sp1. 
(And MS Office XP Sp2). 
It is real problem. 
metafile is not diplayed in OOo. 
look at screenshot which I will upload, file opened in word xp

MRU->CMC: perhaps a relative of issue 19718 (which is fixed in CWS
filter14, but this one not)? The graphics in this RTF are also ignored.

The image in the example file is a "shape", meaning it is a "text 
box" in Word parlance. If I include the image in-line, OOo can read 
it. Of course, in-line images are no longer 'done'.

Same as issue 3790. Theres a good amount of work to do with shapes and
the like in the rtf format.
