unable to view the lines present

I have a issue with open office installed on Linux Rhel 6. I have attached a rtf in this mail. The same rtf file when opened in windows MS word it shows all lines but when the file is opened in linux open office I can’t see any lines. Because of this when I convert rtf to pdf using open office there are no lines in the pdf. Can you provide me some steps if I am missing in the configuration.
