I have OOo 4.0.1. I get the following error statement when I try to install extensions to my Writer. Why is that?

Maybe the extension is not designet for 4.0.1. Do you have the Name of the extension?

Maybe you have first to deinstall the old dictionary. But this is for sure not a bug. If you need help, go to the user forum. https://forum.openoffice.org/

We don't give user support on the issue tracker.
