Description Regina Henschel 2012-12-21 23:09:09 UTC
Created attachment 80065 [details]
Text box produces hang and crash

The attached document has been created with MS PowerPoint 2013 and then exported to ppt format. The only object is a shape "Text Box", that is the first one in the category "Basic Shapes" in PP 2013. Open the file. The processor increases immediately to 100% and AW080 shuts down after about two minutes. It does not produce any error message and no debug window shows up.

The same file opens fine in AOO r1422299.

Hello Regina,

I opened the document and I waited about 3 minutes but I didn't have any problem.

Can you give me more details? or what I need to do to?

Regards,
Daniel Alvaro.

Do you have got a build of the branch AW080? Otherwise you cannot test it. All issues tagged with [AW080] are about this branch.

I added a AW080 documentation link tu "URL"
It might be useful to have ready builds of that branch every now and then?

ALG: No, currently not. I plan to continue this after AOO4.0, but until then I will invest my time there.
