Build:
AOO350m1(Build:9610)

Steps:
1.Create a TOC in Symphony and save to DOC format file
2.Open in MS Office 2003

Bug:
There are 2 ? at end of TOC Item.

Also could open the attachment for check.

The described defect is not reproducible in current trunk version (I checked it in revision 1407421) with new documents created from scratch.
(The sample file shows the described defect, but I can not create such documents anymore in AOO.)

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20121203.1303 Rev.1413470, follow steps of this bug, open attached sample file and save it as doc in AOO, then open doc in MS Word 2003, TOC looks fine.
