Importing a word document shows all body text, but it cannot be selected or edited. I have several documents like this and have attached one example.

Load this document, and try to select or edit the text in the middle of the page...

A frame is placed in front of the text which gets the focus when typing

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

I reproduced your bug and I found the same problem,

I tried  it also with M.O and I culd edit the document.

There is a frame anchored to header. The frame is set to "wrap through" and "background". That is a known problem.
