When I try to copy a sheet in the same or other worksheet, the copied sheet is 
without rows (all grey). If I try to unhide the rows, only the last one (1048576) 
appears. This behaviour is irrespective of the content of the sheet: it does not 
change with empty or sheets containing data and/or formulas.

This is issue 116439, already fixed in OOO330m20 (3.3 released version).
