Comment 6 michael.ruess 2003-01-20 15:13:01 UTC
Word 97 stored the picture as a drawing object. OO Writer does not
support the import of MS Drawing Objects from RTF documents (and it is
not planned to do in the future).
For import of drawing objects from MS Word, the MS Word filter was
developed for OO.
Comment 7 michael.ruess 2003-01-20 15:16:33 UTC
Closed, because it is a missing feature, which will not be implemented
due to high costs and much too low impact. Powerpoint, Word and Excel
are the most important filters in OO.
