@reporter: thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately you are wrong here, this is the AOO bug tracking system, not a help desk. You can get assistance at <http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/> or here:<http://www.openoffice.org/support/> If you want to report bugs please consider hints on <http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/HowToFileIssue> Please feel free to reopen this Bug if discussion with other users leaded to an assessment that we have an AOO bug with a current AOO Version and a clear and comprehensible description how to reproduce the problem due to above mentioned guidelines. (In reply to ian.hankin from comment #0) > Upon opening up open office, the a popup occurs stating that the last time > open office was open, it was forced to quit while trying to restore windows, > and gives me the options of either restoring windows or not restoring > windows. The problem is that neither one of the buttons presented actually > does anything when clicked, and the popup will not go away. In addition, > many features of open office don't seem to work, such as opening any of the > format menus, or generally doing anything other than typing and saving. I had the same problem and resolved it by removing the "saved state" folder information (effected through the CleanMyMac software). *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of issue 119006 *** |
