In a spreadsheet create a chart (with data from the spreadsheet).
Copy the chart and paste it to impress or writer. Double click the new chart.
->No data is visible anymore., the chart is empty.

This is a regression from ooo310m2 to m3.

The problem was uncovered by CWS koheiformula01. But the root cause was in there
since at least version OOo 3.0.

Fixed in CWS calc31stopper2.

Set correct prio for this issue.

While testing you might happen to stumble over issue 98319 (single data point
formatting is sometimes lost during copy paste). But that problem was already in
OOo 3.0 and is not a regression of this CWS.
