hbase.root dir for metrics server does not get updated after NN HA is enabled

    Description

      • On the NN HA Wizard first step user enters "Nameservice ID:"
      • NN HA Wizard should check before restarting all services if ams-hbase-site/hbase.rootdir starts with "hdfs://namenode_host_name", and replace it with "hdfs://nameservice_id"

      For instance:

      ams-hbase-site/hbase.rootdir - hdfs://c6401.ambari.apache.org:8020/amshbase

      User starts NN HA Wizard, enters Nameservice ID: "mycluster"
      Before NN HA Restarts all services, should be

      ams-hbase-site/hbase.rootdir - hdfs://mycluster:8020/amshbase
