Logback dependency should be scope provided/test

    Description

      In general, a library which use SLF4J is not supposed to impose implementation (logback, log4j2, etc.) to use which remain a choice of the final runtime/WAR.

      The logback dependency in zookeeper should be set to scope "provided" or "test" so that Maven does not follow it.
