Noted by ztzg in https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/1602#pullrequestreview-591991498 :

> handle_socket_error_msg generates log lines such as ZOO_ERROR@handle_socket_error_msg@1234 (I.e., correct line, wrong function).
