Description

The 3.5 branch is still active, and the JVM Pause Monitor feature in 3.6 (ZOOKEEPER-3037) is very handy to identify JVM pauses caused by either GC or other host related (OS/networking/disk/kernel/...) issues.

The aim of this ticket is to backport ZOOKEEPER-3037 to branch 3.5.
