[ZOOKEEPER-3951] Compile Error in Zookeeper.c without SASL

Description

There seems to be a error in zookeeper.c at line 2849 where the field sasl_client is not protected by the conditional compile by having #ifdef HAVE_CYRUS_SASL_H. There is one more place where sasl_client field is not protected. There are many places in this file where the protection exists but not in two places. I was building with SASL disabled and I got these errors during build.
